At the Hitchcock Health Institute herbal and natural therapies are offered when appropriate for interested patients at regular office visit for prevention, acute illnesses, and for chronic conditions. Holistic Vitality is a separate program which uses acupuncture-based NO NEEDLE microcurrent treatments in order to achieve the balance necessary to increase your energy and supplement your treatment program for health conditions. The goal is to feel better with less medication. It is particularly helpful for those patients who are very sensitive to medications or are concerned about harmful side effects. The ancient Chinese theories have been verified by modern scientists regarding the human body’s meridians, which are pressure, heat, and elecricity– sensitive channels on the body.
